HARPNOTIC is a Celtic Harp and Guitar duo based in Toledo. Monet Leggett plays a 36 String Celtic harp and Ken Northrop plays guitar and bass. We are sometimes joined by violinist, Sarana Verlin (depending on your needs and budget).
