We are Jon & Catherine, a husband / wife team who own and operate a professional and mobile DJ company, A Divine Time Wedding & DJ Service and have been in the business since 2000. Jon sets the perfect mood at your wedding / event because he knows SO much about the kinds of music to play at the proper times. When you work with us and choose your music selections, Jon plays the music you’ve asked for and / or the music you’ve asked us NOT to play! Catherine is the coordinator of events and specializes in helping you create the wedding reception of your dreams by assisting in the organizational process. Together, we dress in proper attire and create a classy evening to keep your wedding reception running smoothly so you can enjoy the company of your guests! You don’t need to worry about anything except having a good time!
Although we specialize in weddings, we’ve emceed class reunions, birthday parties, graduation parties, holiday parties, corporate events, and other types of functions. We also have karaoke if you need this for your wedding or other event. If you need a DJ for more than just your wedding, you’ve made the right choice with A Divine Time!
Our equipment is top of the line, and for your quoted price, EVERYTHING is included! There are no hidden fees for set-up, tear-down, drive time, lighting, or microphone usage. Our system is computerized featuring over 78,000 songs of various styles. We believe in bringing back-up equipment and music because even though equipment is electrical, computers take dumps too! We also make sure to have your formalities music on CD, because let’s face it ... how many times have you read on the internet about DJs who didn’t have the bridal dance song!!!! This way, ALL your formalities songs are on CD (in case the computer fails) AND, we will mail you the CD after your wedding as a momento!
